Who we are
Feminine Findings is a blog at femininefindings.com. This page explains what information the site collects and how it is used.
Comments
When you leave a comment, we collect the name, email address, and website you enter, plus your IP address and browser details, which help us catch spam. Comments are checked by the Akismet spam filter. An anonymized version of your email may be sent to Gravatar to see if you have a profile picture, which then appears with your comment. Comments and their details are kept until we delete them.
Contact form
If you use our Contact Us form, we collect your name, email, and message so we can reply. We do not use it for anything else.
Email subscriptions
If you subscribe for post notifications, we collect your email address and send you new posts through Jetpack. Each email has an unsubscribe link.
Analytics and site improvement
We use Jetpack Stats, and may use other analytics tools such as Google Analytics, to see how many people visit and which posts they read. These tools use cookies and collect information such as your approximate location, device, and the pages you view. We may also use pop-up sign-up forms and short feedback surveys, which collect only what you choose to enter.
Cookies
The site and the services above set cookies to remember comment details, measure traffic, and keep the site working. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Other websites
Posts may include embedded content and share buttons for Facebook, X, and Pinterest. Those sites may collect information about you if you interact with them. Their privacy policies apply, not ours.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your information. It is handled by the services named above, and by our web host, Bluehost.
